Disney Plus Is Getting A Puppet Talk Show, Hosted By An Alien

Disney+ already has plenty of original content coming to its service when it launches this November, including the Star Wars series The Mandalorian. Now, there's a comedic talk show coming to the service with one caveat: it's hosted by an alien.

Revealed by The Hollywood Reporter, the new 30-minute talk show is titled Earth To Ned and will follow the basic late-night talk show format where the host, Ned, and his sidekick, Cornelius, interview celebrities.

The big twist is that the two were sent to scout Earth for invasion. However, the two fell in love with pop culture and they have celebrities show up to their ship, which is hidden on Earth, and end up becoming celebrities themselves. A few images were revealed alongside the announcement, which you can check out on THR.

Earth To Ned joins an ever-growing list of original movies and TV shows exclusive to Disney+. From She-Hulk to Moon Knight and more, Disney is padding its streaming service with plenty of new Marvel TV shows. Additionally, there is original content like the Monsters, Inc. workplace comedy and the Lady and the Tramp live-action movie as well.

Disney+ will cost $7 a month. Or you can bundle it with ESPN+ and the ad-supported version of Hulu for $13 a month. It's quickly become the most-anticipated of all the upcoming streaming services. Disney+ arrives on November 12.

An issue where generals and heroes were not spawning at full strength has also been fixed, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei will no longer spawn twice in Liu Bei's campaign, and Guo Jia's spawning age has been corrected. Crashes are now less likely to happen in existing save games for the new court feature, too, but it's still recommended that players start a new campaign. Particular attention has also been paid to Liu Hong's campaign, including fixing a bug that reduced fervour rather than increasing it when the Tax Collector building was constructed, reducing the starting strength of the Imperial Army, and helping to rebalance the amount of money avail...
